Job Description: Junior Flash Designer
We are looking for a Junior Flash Designer, who has the potential and will to become a real Flash wizard. If you hear the words "feel free to animate smoothly", you won't stop grazing. On the contrary, you start chewing faster with a smile on your cute face.As a Junior Flash Designer you will be responsible for the design and production of rich media ad units and microsites. You should be familiar with current best practises in Flash production and have good knowledge in XHTML, XML, AS2 and AS3. CS4 (Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator) skills are, of course, a must. In addition, you should be able to follow a design brief and brand identity standards.
Additional points are given if you master JavaScript, PHP and MySQL. Tell us if you have other handy skills that you think we might be interested in.
Characteristics of a White Sheep:
You don't need to have several years' experience from the field, but you understand what webdesign is all about. You have an eye for motion design and have strong programming skills.
You are able to work on your own and as a part of a herd. You will work in a team that consists of an AD, copywriter and concept designer with a client manager as your superior. You have excellent listening skills and you are able to communicate your visions. You are fast, precise and able to follow your timetables.
We appreciate a Bachelor's Degree/Master's Degree, but more important is that you are sharp as a razor, have a distinct style and right attitude to this business. Let your portfolio speak for itself.
