We are seeking a wise, willing and able Developer to join our technology team in Helsinki. You'll be working in a group of System/Front-end/Flash Developers and Motion Designers being the backbone with a magic touch that empowers beautiful engaging digital experiences.

For you LAMP doesn't mean a simple vessel used to produce light continuously – although it lights up your day! :)

Responsibilities

• Creating and documenting your architecture before starting development.
• Supporting your team and the project managers with technical planning in the bidding process
• Working with both PHP frameworks, content management systems as well as bespoke solutions
• Creating the server-side functionalities for complex Flash/Flex solutions (own and earned media such as Facebook apps)
• Analytics setup and integration

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related.
• You have worked as a system developer for 3+ years.
• You know your way around existing PHP frameworks (CodeIgniter, Zend, CakePHP, Yii) and content management systems (Drupal, EPIServer, Wordpress and so on; please specify experience)

Extra bonus level

• Solid experience with JavaScript/AJAX and jQuery (you know when to use PHP and when it's better not to)
• Creating CSS and semantically marked up HTML
• Flash/Flex (programming, AS3) knowledge is a big plus; please specify with references.

The Account Director's role is to lead and support the White Sheep Isobar's relationship with 3-4 incredible clients. The AD sets the working style for the team, drives the overall strategic direction and is tasked with being a marketing partner for the senior clients. The AD is an expert in the Clients' businesses and is the clear leader on the business with the Clients and within the Agency. To be successful, this individual is ultimately responsible for being the marketing consultant to the Client and is charged with all general management aspects of the team, including team collaboration, team harmony, big-picture strategic thinking, and financial performance.

Key areas of responsibility

• Build trusting, collaborative relationships with Clients of all levels
• Successfully represent the Client's business when reviewing work and leverages this perspective when providing feedback to team. Ultimately focused on doing the best work for the Client's business
• Lead overarching strategic thinking for creative, own/bought/earned media and new technologies
• Provides strategic support for agency recommendations
• Develop specific, measurable client business objectives
• Train, motivate, develop and evaluate team members to a high level of performance
• Demonstrates and teaches how to think strategically.
• Deploys internal tools and frameworks in day-to-day account work
• Keeps the account and project manager teams involved and excited
• Initiate long-term projects that will contribute to greater agency revenue and profits

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 8-10+ years of solid, progressive client management experience
• Minimum 5 years in a marketing environment in an account, project or marketing manager role.
• Deep knowledge and experience with multi-channel marketing, digital focus appreciated
• Natural leader who can collaboratively and effectively lead an agency team of 8-12+ people to generate measurable results
• Self-starter who works well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Proven ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization, fostering strong cross-functional teamwork and results
• Proven ability to think strategically, and the ability to teach others to think strategically
• Commitment to delivering creative solutions, and the ability to align team members behind creative solutions

You will be the important middle part between the brief and a holistic, engaging digital experience. We are interested in both junior and senior level designers, but in either case you should have a deep knowledge of all digital touch points. You also need to have vision and skills for creating interesting concepts and experiences from local to global audiences.

Key responsibilities:

• Delivering usable and slick user experiences with attention to quality, timescale and creative opportunity
• Matching user needs, research data and business objectives into beneficial, exciting and feasible concepts for owned, bought and earned media
• Generating concept presentations, wireframes, flow charts, site maps, specifications etc.

Requirements:

• Deep understanding of information architecture, interaction design and interface design
• Thorough technical knowledge of digital possibilities
• Relevant knowledge of the digital ecosystem and keeping up-to-date of general media environment
• Ability to form ideas into structured and inspiring presentations - and present them to clients
• Ability to work with 4-10 projects simultaneously, depending on the size of each.
• Fluent written & spoken English is mandatory, Finnish and Swedish being definite plusses.
