Job Description: Junior Flash Designer / Trainee
We are looking for a Junior Flash Designer, who has the potential and will to become a real Flash wizard. If you hear the words "feel free to animate smoothly", you won't stop grazing. On the contrary, you start chewing faster with a smile on your cute face.As a Junior Flash Designer you will be responsible for the design and production of rich media ad units and microsites. You will be working with timeline animation as well as with basic ActionScript. You should also be familiar with current best practises in Flash production and have basic knowledge in XML, AS2 and/or AS3. CS4 (Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator) skills are, of course, a must. In addition, you should be able to follow a design brief and brand identity standards.
Characteristics of a White Sheep:
You don't need to have several years' experience from the field, but you understand what webdesign is all about. You have an eye for motion design and desire to learn.
You are able to work on your own and as a part of a herd. You will work in a team that consists of an AD, copywriter and concept designer with a client manager as your superior. You have excellent listening skills and you are able to communicate your visions. You are fast, precise and able to follow your timetables.
