Job Description: Project Manager
You are the glue that holds our multidiscplinary teams together. You manage the creative staff and vendors to produce all elements of interactive projects while maintaining budgets and timelines. Not a piece of cake, but we know you love to be in the center of action.Responsibilities
- Create and maintain schedules and budgets for web projects and invoice projects on the go.
- Work with creative teams to determine the scope of a project and the necessary actions to deliver on time with excellent quality
- Work with the Account Directors on the bidding process, determine scope of a project and necessary components for the contract.
- Work with advertising and media agencies to keep all assets moving through the approval process and on time.
- Maintain constant communication with the CEO to provide status updates on schedule and budget.
- Work with internal teams and vendors to write project documents including scoping, testing and memos that can be delivered to the client.
- Keep project assets and documentations organized and up to date.
- Discover new vendors and freelancers to collaborate with that will deliver the highest quality creative product and stay true to the vision of our creative directors.
Experience and ability
- Three years of experience producing digital/internet projects including management of schedules and budgets.
- Self-motivated and organized in a fast-paced environment (aka you can handle tight situations)
- Working knowledge of live action shoots, talent issues, and licensing technologies.
- Proficiency with web technologies such as Flash, HTML, FTP and video compression.
- Proficiency in project management applications and understanding of softwares such as Photoshop, Illustrator & Flash.
