It's true. Our founder and CEO, Markus Grannenfelt, is heading south, very far south, to a new pasture within our network - and we're looking for a hunter and digital visionary to take his place.

How did this come about? The mellifluous "baa" of our Dear Sheep Leader has been heard all the way in Africa, even over the din of the lions' roars and the kaakkitikaaaks of the springboks. Enormous opportunities for digital advertising are emerging in Africa, and based on the success of White Sheep, Markus has been tapped to lead our brothers and sisters at Isobar South Africa as CEO of the entire sub-Saharan operation.

A bittersweet development for White Sheep, indeed. Taking the lead in Africa is an incredible opportunity, and we're proud of Markus and admire him for rising to the challenge. But on the other hand we're actually going to miss the big lug.

And this means the herd at White Sheep is seeking a new leader to follow in Markus' bootprints and guide the pack to awesome new places in digital creativity.

Both White Sheep and the Isobar network as a whole have very ambitious plans to be carried out in the near-term and the long-term future. We'll tell you more about this if we meet in person. And as the sheep herd on Malminkatu continues to grow, we want someone with long, strong experience in the digital world and a sharp, even surprising vision for the future to help us reach those long-term goals.

Put plainly, we're looking for more than a managing director - we want a hunter, a visionary, a person who inspires us to get better and better all the time. Are you the one?
